I ordered in hopes that it would work for making teardrop wooden molds for jewelry designs. But, it wouldn't work for making these cut outs.

My son has been pleased using these cutters so far and they are a game changer in helping with his leather crafting creativity. They will not stand up to hard hammers but they do work with a Mallot and a wood across the widest parts to make even cuts in lightweight leather.
