I recently purchased a mountain bike and, after doing a lot of research, I came across the LEATT brand of goggles and helmets—what a great find. I bought these (Leatt Goggle Velocity 5.5 Iriz Adult (Multicolor with Red Lens) specifically to pair with my new Leatt MTB Gravity 4.0 helmet, and I’m really impressed, especially considering the sale price.The "red" lens you see in my photos has a mirrored anti-reflection/glare coating on the outside, and it enhances color contrast nicely. I think these will be perfect for the consistently sunny skies here in Southern California.Some users have mentioned internal reflections, so I checked for that myself. There is a bit of caused by reflections off the lime green inner frame, but I only noticed it indoors—nothing distracting while riding outside in bright conditions.If the internal reflection bothers you, one solution could be to paint the internal portion lime green rims with a matte grey primer followed by a black primer after carefully removing the lens. It’s not necessary, but it could be a fun DIY project.Like another reviewer said—just get them. They're worth it.
