I love this cardigan. I wear it every day. I do suggest that you get one a size larger, otherwise it will shrink when you wash it.

This is an awesome product! Full disclosure, I bought it to do a 'Big Lebowski" cosplay--- but even aside from its ties to "the Dude"-- this is not just a costume piece; I received an impressive, good quality sweater, in the "Pendleton" style-- for a bit less than a *real* Pendleton would probably go for. Fit is just right, as ordered. Seems like it will be very warm & comfortable in cooler months. This buyer abides!

I definitely think this was worth the money for how much my husband LOVES abiding. The extended sizes were great to have, as he thought he would never find one of these in his size. The quality was much less "costume-y" than I was expecting.

Got this as a gift for someone whose a big fan of The Dude. He absolutely loves it. It’s definitely decent quality, it doesn’t feel anything like a costume. Anyone who saw him wearing it without context would think he just had a normal sweater on.He’s made no complaints (possibly because of his love for the movie) but I did find it to be itchy when I put it on. I’m very particular about my sweaters though, so I don’t want to put too much emphasis on that. If you’re buying for someone or are someone who can be bothered by those kinds of things, I may skip this one. Otherwise, it seems to be a great sweater and an even better movie based gift!

I was initially hesitant to buy this, based on the product photos. I was looking to get a nice cardigan/sweater. Not just as a costume, but to actually wear.This was exactly what I was hoping for, and worth the price! It’s cozy, we’ll made, and perfect to capture the look of the one and only Dude!In regards to sizing - I’m 6’1’’ and 240lbs. I got an XL and it’s just slightly baggy on me. A perfect fit in my opinion.

I wanted to get the dude’s sweater for my boyfriend for a long time already. Yet when I checked the prices I was shocked. Yet I was nearly ready to spend over two hundred euros for the sweater, when I saw this sweater and all the positive reviews. But I must confess I was doubtful, seemed too good to be true… And yet, the sweater is fantastic, much better quality than on the Amazon picture. Just two things to bear in mind the material is a little itchy and also sizing wise I would say it is rather big: my partner usually wears 2XL but having seen it in this size I fill an XL would have been enough (very long sleeves). Having said that he hasn’t tried it on, so it might well fit very well. Can’t wait to witness his surprise when he gets it! 😍

So, obviously, it isn't a Pendleton, as the price would indicate. BUT don't let the product picture fool you, this is a pretty decent sweater even without the added benefit of letting the world know that you take The Big Lewbowski incredibly seriously. That being said, it isn't perfect. The cut is a little wonky because, you know, it's meant to look like the Dude bought it from a second-hand store and not like a country-western model might wear it to have inappropriate relations with his sheep. It gets the job done. I've found myself wearing this sweater even when being the Dude was not the case, and you know what, no one knows who the heck I am because they haven't seen the movie. It lets me know whom to avoid. Would it be cool if it had pockets? Yeah. Does it fit a little big? Yeah. I ordered a 2xl because I'd recently lost weight and was now wearing 2xl and it's still pretty loose on me. The zipper is a challenge, but the easy fix is just don't use it. Do you think the Dude did? No. You think you're better than the Dude? Marinate on that one for a moment and get your priorities in order.Anyways, get the sweater. I recommend it. If you've got a crew of Lebowski friends, be the cool one with the sweater. Otherwise you might end up being the Donnie. No one wants to be the Donnie.

..just got this today, and I must say it is quite awesome. Here's the deets: I'm 5'10" 200ish, and I wanted an XL, they didn't have it so I read a bunch reviews about size and went with a XXL . I figured it might be to big, which would be OK. Anyways, it fits well in (imo). Room for a couple of nice sleeve cuffs, and also room for some layers underneath if you want to do layers. I tried it on right away, and my wife says "hey Lebowski". I replied by telling I am The Dude, The Dudester, El Dudarino, and she abided. =) .. oh and the zipper is on a different side.. but so what... and make sure you try it on before taking a pliers to that security thing that is on it.. it was kind of tricky to get off.. don't snag it.So, yeah, I would recommend this fine product, and buy it again. . and I'm obviously not a shill or whatever you call them... that would be unDude like.Abide =)

Excellente qualité pour ce très bel article. Je n'aurais pas mis "costume" dans la description car ce n'en n'ai pas un. C'est un magnifique gilet!!! Je recommande fortement pour les fans du Dude! J'ai pris l'ensemble, avis idem pour le pantalon.

We liked everything about this..a quality and faithful representation of the Dude's cardigan.I bought it for my son as he is a great fan of the Big Lebowski. It is a cosy casual cardigan which also looks smart and has a distinguished retro-look to it. He wore it on a "back-to-the-nineties" day, where many people made complimentary comments, even those who did not know it came from the film.It has become my son's faithful companion through these chilly winter months.

Man, this sweater is a great look, whether you’re visiting a local philanthropist to try to get compensation for your soiled rug, rescuing his hot young trophy wife from nihilists (hey, at least it’s an ethos, man) or chasing after a suitcase full of ransom money. It’s easier on the pocketbook than the Pendleton version, and it’s machine washable which could come in handy when your best friend accidentally scatters your other friend’s ashes all over you in accordance with what his final wishes might well have been. My only complaint, man, is that I thought it would be smaller. I ordered the XL because this Dude’s been putting on some pounds lately and I didn’t want it to be too tight, but it turns out that’s not a problem, the thing is huge. Oh well, sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes the bear eats you.

Better than expected. I was expecting some corduroy type material with a printed pattern. But this is a knitted sweater that would have taken me an eternity to learn how to make myself. It is just 15% wool but seems well made. The tag with washing instructions mentions to remove the LED patch and battery before washing But they must have them hidden really well . No need to ramble on and display my affection for "the dude" buy one for yourself and you'll feel as content as Jeffrey Lebowski in no time!
