I installed the bra before traveling, I went through rain on a 7hr. drive. Afterwards I removed the bra to find paint damage, it looked as if the clear coat had been light sanded, no thanks.

This cover fit my Mustang GT well and was only used for highway travel and only during the summer months in Michigan. The car is in storage during winter. Took the bra off a month ago before putting the car in storage and the leading edge of the bumper just below the grille AND the section between the hood and grill has vertical scratches etched in them. This appears to be from stitching on the inside of the bra. This is the exact opposite of what I bought the thing for!Called the manufacturer (covercraft) and talked to a very nice rep, hoping to get a suggestion as to what I can do after getting the scratches removed, to prevent this from happening again.. She looked up the order and said, it's out of warranty, so there's nothing I can do.. And that's where the help stopped. I wasn't asking for, nor do I want another bra if it's going to scratch my car, mine looks like new! I wanted a suggestion as to what I can do to prevent this from happening again! I'm not thinking it's a warranty thing, but an inherent thing with the stitching rubbing against the finish. THIS IS NOT COOL!!The bra scratched my car, 2 years old, but seldom used. Not a warranty issue. They would like me to buy one of their Colgan covers for $200 but I think I'm going to keep looking for some kind of barrier or tape over the stitching inside the bra OR just go with a clear shield. I guess I am upset with Covercraft if they own LeBra. The inside stitching isn't unlike sandpaper to areas where it rubs on your finish. BEWARE!!

This fits my 2015 Mustang 50th Anniversary Edition perfectly. I drive in an area where small pebbles and rocks area always on the roadway. In the past I've had a clear bra applied, but clear bras on white vehicles tend to show their yellowing and aging more quickly. I previously had a LeBra on a Nissan 350 z Convertible that was Autocrossed for several seasons. That bra protected that car's paint perfectly from stone and cone damage.This front end mask goes on easily without much stretching. I applied mine without issue the first time when the temperature was only about 72 degrees. The seams are well finished and the nylon straps are top notch quality. I've had a lot of compliments on the bra. Even the dealer wanted to know where I had acquired it. So far, I've not had one single stone chip to the front of my new baby!
