Very easy to install and set up and worked perfectly first time with my Raspberry Pi 4 running RetroPie and Emulation Station. Joysticks have a nice positive and clicky micro-switched action and the buttons are responsive and brightly illuminated. Considering everything that is included this is a very good value complete 2 player set. Something to bear in mind is that for each player, 8 buttons are you typical "full size" arcade types but buttons 9 and 10 (usually for coin/select and start) are of a small diameter which you can see in pictures... consider this when cutting holes for the buttons. Of course if your cab/controller is a 6 button one then you can use the leftover 7th and 8th full size buttons for your select and start instead. Will definitely purchase these sets again if making further cabs/controllers.

I have ordered many of these Easyget joystick and button kits from Amy-Happy-Mall, and they are usually great. However, the last one I ordered has faulty Zero Delay USB Encoders. They both worked okay for a few minutes then completely cut out and would no longer function. I have tried them on 2 raspberry pi's and on a Windows 10 PC, and they do the same thing. It's too bad I got a bad kit, because I normally love these things. I will be unhooking everything, packing it up, and sending it back for a return.

If you need an all included 2 player LED setup these work just fine, I've had no issues there. My only complaint is that I ordered the red/blue pack and it suggested if I want 4 players to add this green/yellow pack. Both item descriptions showed the same connectors for the buttons, but when they arrived this green/yellow pack had different connectors. The red/blue buttons had 4 connectors that you wired individually, and these just had one connection to wire, and different USB encoders to support them. This wouldn't be an issue by itself, but I bought 'Start' and 'Coin' buttons for each players controls and they needed the same wiring as the red/blue set. I'm a dummy when it comes to wiring so it took me far longer than it should have to figure out a work around.Otherwise though this product is solid.

I bought these three years ago and installed them a year and a half ago along with the red and blue versions. The buttons look great when they light up. I found instructions online (for other joystick buttons) and everything goes together fairly easily once you know what lead goes where. My only issue is that the joystick screws come loose constantly. Not sure how to tighten them down permanently. I don't want to glue them as I plan to eventually switchout the board. With the joystick problem these get a two-star review. If the joysticks didn't come loose it would be 4 starts.

The instructions are bad, as in they do not exit. But it does include a picture of a properly wired button. I used that to wire all the buttons. There are also no screws included to mount the joysticks. One issue, I connected one joystick to the power bank on one of the boards. Silly mistake. Once I plugged it into the right spot, it all worked great. I built a pallet bar in the garage and drilled holes in it for the buttons. RetroPie games in the garage now!! Perfect.

These work wonderfully with a Raspberry Pi 3 running Retropi! Also note that if you have a flickering problem that means your AC adapter amps are too low. I bought a 2.4 amp and all flickering went away! Awesome!

These were very easy to set up and I love the buttons, but the sticks are worse / different than the red and blue ones I ordered. They're a little loose feeling because the stick can wiggle before it comes into contact with the switches. Also the round plastic piece that goes around the bottom of the shaft is a bit cheaper looking than the red/blue set. I'd recommend buying those instead!
