“LED Camping Lantern Rechargeable 4000LM, 10000mAh Portable Camping Lights up to 120+ Hours, 12 Light Modes, Dimmable, LCD Digital Display, Waterproof, Camping Essentials for Power Outages, Emergency”Although we don’t camp, I’m keeping this light in our vehicle for emergencies, and I’ve also used it as a trouble light when I’ve worked on our vehicles. The light puts out 3 different color temperatures, and also stepless brightness levels of light. When compared side by side to other portable lights I have, the brightness claims of 4,000 lumens for this light seem very high - almost double of what it actually is.While working beneath our vehicles, although my other portable lights are brighter, the light produced by this light is adequate.I wish the casing for the light was made of a rubberized material. All of my other portable lights have this, and they’ve held up well. I wouldn’t want to drop this light onto a hard surface. The magnets are okay. They hold the light pretty well on metal surfaces, but they struggle to hold the light in place if the surface is vertical.A small carabiner is included for hanging the light, but it seems like an afterthought. The carabiner barely fits onto the handle of the light so that you can’t really get it into a position for hanging - it’s too tight. It takes several hours to recharge the light when plugged into a phone charger (not included). I tried the solar function, but it takes a very long time to recharge the light in this manner. After 1 hour of solar charging, the power indicator didn’t even change by 1%.The red and blue emergency lights work well, as does the flashlight function, although it’s not very bright. The light also comes in a nice semi-rigid zippered case for storage. All in all, this is a very adequate emergency light to keep in our vehicle, and I’m sure it would also come in handy for camping.

I am an avid camper and I have a lot of different camping equipment. I decided to get this extra lantern, which is a little bit different of a design than what I have had in the past. Upon arrival, immediately plugged it in and started to charge it, but the charger showed that it was already at 100%. Just to check I decided to go through all of the light options and then put it on full brightness and leave it on for a while. Sure enough, I had it on for about an hour and it was doing great. After about an hour, it was still at about 80%, so I recharged it.My next test was to charge my iPhone 15. Upon connecting the power bank/ lamp to my phone, my phone recognized the power bank and began charging. Interestingly it took a little while to charge up my phone. Going from 72% to 80% took about 40 minutes. What I found even more interesting was that for the 8% gain that I got on my phone, the power bank went down by 8% as well. The power bank charges itself fast to get to 100%, and although it charged my iPhone a little bit more slowly than other power banks I have, it’ll still do the job. I like the fact that it can be recharged via solar as well, and I like the various lighting options. The buttons to cycle through the various lighting options are very responsive and work perfectly. The company also includes a little carabiner so that you can hang the lamp extended from a rope or really anything with the other end of the carabiner on the handle part of the lamp. It works great. The other thing I like is the strength of the magnets within the handle. I decided to test it out in the garage and the magnets held the lamp very firmly to both the side of my refrigerator as well as a steel pegboard I have over my workbench.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this lamp/charger and would highly recommend for either camping purposes or an emergency kit.
