These worked perfectly for me and are quite inexpensive. I wanted something that would allow me to set a single LED bulb to a slow pulse and that is exactly what this little controller unit did. The controls are easy and intuitive and allow you to change both the effect and the speed. They apparently work just as well with LED strips as well as with multiple voltage inputs, but I only used 12V for a single LED. I do have 3 more to play with and a couple orphan LED strip remnants, so I foresee some experimentation in my future.

We work on a sign company and LED is what we use 99% and I can tell you this is so bad that you can even see it flashing what it does is a slow dimming you can't barelly see the difference when is flashing and when is not. some people reported catching fires be carefully.

Integrated this into a custom lighting solution for outdoor applications.Worked perfectly at 12V, with numerous strobe and intensity options.Zero issues, definitely recommend.Came here to write this review after seeing negative reviews and poor star rating.No clue what they were doing, but for my 12V LED strip use (roughly 20W power consumption) this worked perfectly!

*****UPDATE*****After I installed these I noticed that one of them were starting to melt the plastic cover on the flasker controller. as it would turn out 2 of the 4 have failed before I had a chance to actually use them for more than 5 min. after replacing the burnt one with the spare I recharged the line with 12V DC and i had another one get super hot(burned my Fingers) and start to melt before i was able to disconnect it. So at this point in time I had 2 fail and 2 more i dont think i want to trust it for running for the length of the parade. now i know your may say i was trying to run too much on one flasher but you would be wrong, because i has 1 LED light which used less the 2 amps. one light per flasher. so I would like to make sure you check into your application on whether these will benefit you or become a problem in the long runI hope this helps you in making your decision....*****UPDATE*****I ordered these to create a new feature for my VW buggy which i ride in several parades during the Mardi Gras season. of which I always try to make my buggy stand out. This year with the help of this product and couple of other amazon products by WINBANG and Ezauto, I am able to add the piece-de-resistance. ( I will add pictures when i have received/installed everything) with this strobe controller, an LED Light fixture (WINBANG 4 Inch LED Light Pod), and some colored films (EzAuto Headlight Taillights Vinyl Tint), I have made a purple gold and green strobe effect around my buggy giving it a look of the Mardi Gras Lead. Like Paul Revere but I will be stating the Parade is coming! with a blinking Purple Green and Gold strobing lights no0 one will be able to say "I didn't see him coming. cant wait to get this installed and working!!!
