These are way better than the ones I bought at my local auto parts store, they're so bright they light up the whole license plate area and the road. I had them two weeks now and still work.Update. 3/26/17One just broke and charred a little. Good thing i checked right away.

This is a nice LED bulb with limitations. It throws a good amount of light but has a blue hue. It has what I call a spade type connection. It fits both the license plate light and the marker lights in the headlight housing of my SV1000s. I've read that it may get too hot for the headlight enclosure. I'll update the review should I have any problems.Update: 6-14-15: These bulbs are holding up fine in their applications for over a year. I have added one star for durability.
