This product arrived bent and I couldn't close my tailgate. I attempted to bend it a bit but it went back into place, rubbing against my tailgate. Thankfully the shop that installed the CB radio was able to get it situated. Also the mounting holes are powder coated so you will new to remove that to ground your antenna, so it's not as plug and play as advertised.

Buyer beware. Due to the thickness of the metal bracket it will likely rub against your paint leading to damage. I had mine on for less than 1 full day and had to remove when i noticed my tailgate paint getting sanded off.

Got this for my CB setup on my 2022 Tacoma. After looking at my choices on Amazon this was the one I went with. I bought a used one so saved some more money. I’m sure not paying $50 for one that has the company’s letter carved into it. First thing I noticed was how heavy it was and how little it bent. You had to use a LOT of pressure to make it flex. The holes lined up perfectly. But man it’s a tight fit when closing the tailgate! Mine is just barely touching after I put my weight into it and flexed it. I haven’t gotten my antenna yet but I think I’ll have to widen the main hole.

It fits perfect on a 2023 Tacoma Offroad Premium. There is no rubbing. There is no hitting the tailgate. It is NOT flimsy. I read all those reviews and tried it anyhow because it is 1/4 the price of a different one that looks the same. It is just the perfect mount. The stories of having to drill the hole out were not the case for me I found a NMO mount that fit the existing hole PERFECTLY. It is NOT flimsy.. You would have to put this in a vice even to get this to move slightly (So that review is not even remotely true) Nothing.. 5 stars and perfect. Combine this with a 20 foot NMO cable also available on Amazon and you have a great antenna.However when I opened the box.. 100s of flying (Gnats) flew out of the box. Thank goodness I opened the box outside. That was wild. You can see them in the 4th picture.That aside this a 5 star bracket and exactly what I needed to mount a 2m/440 antenna off the back of my truck.
