Review of: Smoked Lens LED Side Marker LightThese side markers look really nice and add that little extra touch to your car. Installation was on the easy side. It took me about 15 minutes. It was 10 minutes the first side and once I knew what to do, it was faster for the other side.However, the instructions are vague and they are not even for the Suburban. Rather, it’s a generic version so you need to check YouTube for how to do it. You’ll need a T15 Torx wrench to remove two screws holding the wheel well liner in place. Also, there is a red tab on the plug that connects the wiring to the side markers that you will need to slide back (away from the side light) to release it (see picture). I almost broke the first tab as I didn’t know this. It’s also hidden behind the marker and you’ll have to do this blindly with your fingernail. Once the side marker is replaced, you’ll then need to slide the red tab forward (toward the side light) after replacing to lock it in place. This was the MOST difficult part of the job and it would have been nice to have Suburban-specific instructions.Overall, I like the look of these side markers and you can see the final result, which shows the lights shining exactly as advertised.

bit fiddly to install - that's GMs fault, not of these though - they're nice, but the installation instructions are written is very poorly translated broken Chinese - use youtube to see how to install. They fit well, and look alot better than the OEM orange(even though technically they're orange due to regulations).

These lights look great ,they are very bright much more than the factory amber lights ,in regards to the installation I needed to go to a shop to have them professionally installed but I do have to stress that I am not a person whoever does my own work so in fairness the technician who installed them was rather surprised I needed his help and did say that this was an easy installI am very happy with the way they lookThey were installed on my 2022 Cadillac Escalade

I watched a you tube video and it did help. The little white tabs are in there good. I used a hook tool. The first one say 10 minutes, next one 4 min.

The installation was easy swap, there are a few videos out there to assist you if need. Well made, similar to the original light it replaces in regards to construction. Great way to eliminate the orange color and "black out" the lens. If your looking for a easy way to customize your vehicle, at a reasonable price, this is a nice way to do it.
