You will have shape to fit these. I used a razor blade and 180 grits sand paper.

You will have to sand the front angled sides, and rounded corners down a bit for them to fit with some 80g paper. Place your old lamp on top of one of these and you’ll see where you need to sand the plastic sides a little. Trust me, don’t try to force them in or you’ll break the area in the mirror that it clips to and that’s Jenga for you! Do the above first and they’ll snap right in. They are double the lens thickness of oem which adds a nice led halo around the lights looking from a distance because the sides of the thicker lens are exactly one lens thickness below the opening. Unintentional bonus. Oh, push the plug into the bulb socket firmly with a small flathead, and it’ll lock in tight. By hand, they’ll fall out. 2008 QX56.

Didn’t fit at all. Had to trim the edges of the body and lens just to make it fit. Then didn’t click into place. Had to carefully bend the tab out a little just to get it to stay in. Will probably go back to stock when this burns out
