These are fine for temporarily lighting up plants or pictures. I had hoped the light would be concentrated/strong enough to point at a disco ball from two angles but they do not work well for that. Otherwise, they are compact and have good rotation to point anywhere.

I put batteries in and turn on to make sure it works. Works great. As soon as I put the battery cover on its shuts off and will not work until I take cover back off. Haven't really noticed the heat from mine but I will pay close attention. Only used it a handful of times, without battery cover on.

I added these to a student spotlight board. I love them! I can turn them on in the morning to draw attention to the student of the week and the lights go off after a few hours. No need to worry about forgetting to turn them off!

I purchased 2 sets of 2 and can honestly say that I love these little lights. I have bought some similar white light only spotlights like these in the past and was impressed by the little lights. I used the white only lights last year for Halloween before I purchased these color changing ones. I did use these color changing ones for the 4th of July but had them on Red, White and Blue. Again I love these lights and would recommend for adding some highlight accent lighting to anything indoors.

I bought these to spotlight an item on my patio. The lighting is good. But one remote works and the other does not. I have to go over and turn one spotlight on each night, instead of being able to use the remote. Not very happy with that.

The lights are great for my purpose- accenting Christmas displays, but both remotes are useless. Only the two dimming buttons do anything (turning the color to green)I tried new batteries but still useless.Since you can utilize all functions with a button on the light base, this doesn't matter to me. The light will turn itself off after four hours which may matter to some but is fine for my purposes.

What a bummer...one was broken and the other thst is working isn't bright at all.
