She loves it every day. Yes it's a little thin, but more than strong enough to roll around with a 4 oz hamster, even when she rolls down the hardwood stairs.She poops as soon as she gets in, so wait 5 minutes to dump the turds and then let her go for an hour or so. The cat and dog love it too, she rolls right into them and keeps them all entertained.To clean just rinse with warm water and wipe with paper towel. I would buy the larger one if you have a full size hamster. If you put in in her cage with the door off, she will climb in and wait. :)

I bought this hamster ball to put strings in it to hang for my mouse just to have a little hanging toy but hamster balls are very unsafe for animals to roll in they cannot see very well at all and small animals already have bad vision they’re forced to run around in their own poop and P it is hard for them to breathe the small holes they can get their limbs or toes get caught in and get injured and if your animal walks into the ball when you offer it that does not mean they want to run around it no matter what you put in front of your small animal they will walk into I could be a tunnel straight into a bucket of lava and they would walk into it please do not use this a wheel is a much better option then the animal can choose when they want to run and it is safer as long as you get the right size😁

Defective. Caused hamster death. First use it opened spontaneously and the hamster escaped. Disappeared for some time and was found dead. My daughter was devastated. Lame.

When I bought hamsters for my kids, I bought a cheap hamster ball from the pet store but they couldn't even get it to move. Decided to try one of these and it worked great! The kids love the colorful colors way better than the plain clear ball we had. The construction is also better quality and more sturdy. The Hamsters just speed around the house with these balls. Loved it so much right away, that I had to buy a second one.

The plastic is pretty thin and the tabs on the lid look questionable when it comes to longevity. We don’t use it anymore for fear out gerbil will escape. Our gerbil is normal size, not huge, and it’s difficult to fit her in it. Definitely for a small animal.

Our little Hamster who was sold to us as a "male" loved this ball. Until a week after we got it and didn't like it...a day later "it" delivered 9 babies. So I guess the ball acted as a delivery service of young pups. Now that "she, as in Miss Nibbles" loves her ball, she goes all over the house and explores our first floor. Great for midget Hamsters.

This ball does exactly what it says it does. My only problem is that the door isn't completely secure. To fix that I just use some tape for extra security, just in case. I haven't had any problems with the door popping open and especially with the extra tape. My dwarf hamster absolutely loves running around in it. Good product.
