My wife learned to make candles last fall and has turned it into a lucrative little side hustle. She’s able to do batch pours with this wax melter and, to date, it’s given her problem free performance. The pot holds close to six liters of wax, and will melt even a full pot of wax beads. She hasn’t experienced any scorching when wax levels get low either. The glass lid is a thoughtful addition to check wax levels without allowing heat to escape. The spigot warms as well, and doesn’t clog. The ball valve seals tight and is easy to adjust flow with the handle. Temperature controls are simple and intuitive, showing both the current temperature of the wax and the desired temperature. Cleaning is easy as well with the pot being Teflon coated.

This unit is for serious candle makers. It arrives well packaged and includes a stirring spoon and a stainless steel pouring pot.It also comes with a manual which was a plus for ma as so many items nowadays send you to a website for those.It is actually simple to use and the temperature range works for various waxes including soy, palm, beeswax and many others. Just know what temperature you need to not overheat it.It weighs about the same as a large stock pot, but you only need to lift it at set up and for cleaning as the wax pours through the handy spout.The LED display shows you when the desired temperature has been reached as well as the current temperature.This melter has a 12 lb capacity allowing for a large batch. It’s stainless steel, Teflon coated interior is easy to clean and limits contamination between batched, though you have to take some care to keep it free from scratches.The only con I see is its looks - my daughter said that it looks like something a witch would own!

Perfect wax melter! I’ve had leftover candles I’ve wanted to combine and make new scents and new candles out of for a while now and I finally made the plunge, this was perfect!

The first time we used this melter with the stir spoon provided, it scratched the inside of the melter creating black chunks in the white candle wax we were melting and leaving silver scratches on the bottom of the melter. Highly disappointed, as we used the product according to instructions and only with utensils provided. The inside of the melter is ruined and will likely continue peeling off leaving black chunks in any future wax melts.

Quality is very high compared to the price , very clean and fast in melting the wax , exactly as described. Does not cause any messLoved! Hopefully it is a start for a good growing business

Great little melter. It’s just the right size from beginner to starting to make candles for a small business. It holds a good amount of wax and melts it fast.It’s also not huge, so it doesn’t take up a ton of space like some of the other ones on the market.I might be buying another one soon to dedicate just to wax melts.

I only had it for two days, only used it twice, I have a lot to learn about it, but overall I’m happy with the wax melter. I found it to be easy to use I just have to pay close attention to weighing out the wax to melt

Its built strong. Melts fast, little nozzle to pour wax in mold works very well . My only complaint is the directions for temp is confusing.

This wax melter seemed so great and all the reviews seemed great as well. But both times I've used this since it arrived, i set the temperature to 85 celcius because I want my wax to melt to 185 Fahrenheit, and both times now, the actual temperature goes wayyyy up to 105 celcius!!! It is overheating the wax. I dont know if it's just my machine that's faulty, or what. But I am now testing it out to see if i set it to 65 celcius, it will then actually heat to 85 celcius... which is where I want the wax. Both times the actual temperature goes right around 20 degrees higher than what I set it to. So if it continues doing that, I suppose I can make it work. But it's just beyond annoying. I'm considering returning it and going with a different brand that's not on Amaz9n... because this seemed to be the only one that had a temperature setting control out of all the wax melter on Amazon. That's literally the exact reason people want to buy this particular machine, because the temp setting control, so if that doesn't even work, it seems there is no point to it and it's basically trash

Makes candle making so much easier. It does take a bit of getting used to with the temperature being in Celsius but it maintains its temperature very well and even cools well.

Time saver!!! It only took me 1/3 of the time it normally takes me to make my candles. I love the heated spout. Very easy to clean. Only thing I would note for potential buyers, is when you’re done, if you don’t unplug it, the spout continues to heat up to keep wax from solidifying in it. So unplug it after cleaning up.
