This Leg Elevation Pillow from Maison de Morpheus has been an absolute godsend since recent knee surgery! It's configurable to meet many different leg elevation needs, thanks to two other layers - one that attaches to the bottom of the main pillow by velcro and a thinner one that lays in the "trough" where your leg goes - and this proved very helpful in getting the elevation just right. All of the layers are covered in very soft, comfortable plush material. In addition, the larger pieces (the main pillow and the removable bottom layer) each have a "beaded", non-slip bottom surface. The fabric covers on all three pieces are removable (zipper) for washing, when necessary.Structurally, the pillow is made of moderately firm, odorless foam which comfortably cradles your leg with just the right amount of support. The overall workmanship on this product is superior, lending to the impression that it will last a long time, with proper care. Excellent value for the price!I cannot recommend this pillow highly enough!

This leg elevation pillow is a solid purchase for anyone needing consistent leg support after surgery or for general swelling relief. The adjustable height feature (3.5 to 7.5 inches) is a big plus, making it versatile for different body types and recovery needs. The foam is firm enough to provide proper elevation but still comfortable for extended use. The anti-slip base and Velcro straps help keep the leg in place, which is great for rest and stability. It’s not overly bulky and the removable cover makes cleaning simple. At this price point, it's a practical and worthwhile option compared to more expensive alternatives. Highly recommend for recovery, physical therapy, or anyone looking to improve circulation.

This leg elevation pillow is exactly what I was hoping for. It has a great feel, very comfortable, and the foam provides the right amount of support without being too firm. The leg straps are a smart feature—they help keep everything in place, which is a big improvement over trying to stack regular pillows. I have an upcoming knee surgery (and possibly a second one in the next few months), so I jumped on this when I saw it. It already feels like it will be much more effective and stable than my usual pillow setup. I’ll update post-op if anything changes, but so far I’m really pleased with the quality and design.

I didn’t even know this kind of product existed, but I couldn’t have found out about it at a better time. My son was in an accident and needed ankle surgery, with strict instructions to keep his ankle elevated to prevent swelling. At first, we were stacking pillows — which worked okay but constantly shifted and needed adjusting. This leg elevation pillow has been a game-changer. It’s sturdy, supportive, and doesn’t slide around thanks to the Velcro straps and non-slip bottom. The adjustable height options are great, and I love that the cover is washable. It’s made the recovery process a lot more comfortable for him (and a lot less frustrating for me!).

I recently had an injury in feet and was looking for something to help with swelling and comfort during recovery. This leg elevation pillow has been a total game-changer. It’s firm enough to provide proper support but still has a soft, comfortable feel on the outside. The angled design really helps keep my leg elevated above heart level, which has noticeably reduced swelling and discomfort. It’s also been great for reducing back strain—I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my lower back until I started using this. What I love most is how it stays in place and doesn’t flatten over time like some other pillows I’ve tried. If you're recovering from any kind of leg, knee, or foot surgery—or even just dealing with circulation issues—this pillow is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

I don't know what I did to mess up my knee. I was raking like a madman. Maybe that was it because the next day I was messed up.That was 5 weeks ago and I'm still recovering, still wearing a knee brace, still elevating my knee. Maybe I have tendonitis or maybe I aggravated my arthritis instead of my wife. Dunno.I've been using the pillow under the knee technique but this is way better. I like that I can actually have both legs in the elevated pillow comfortably. When only one leg is in there the elevated pillow touches the inside thigh of the opposite leg and that kind of irritates me. Not an actual skin irritation but more of an awareness thing. It just takes a little getting used to. So for right now, it's both legs elevated.I would order this elevated pillow again. Lots of value here for what you pay.

Knee replacement? Swelling? Torn ACL? Broken foot, ankle or toe? This is what you need. This cradles your leg fully supporting the weight adding comfort all around. It lifts your leg high enough for any comfort level you’re trying to reach. Velcro straps all the way around hold both the added cushion but also keep your leg mobile. You can adjust the height as you see fit. Out of the box it comes compressed but once open, within 2hrs it was ready and able to do its job. After suffering with knee pain, this has helped so much. The price is another bonus and not something you need to depend on Insurance to step in. Grab this, if you need it like I did, grab this!
