I have had a bladder issue for over 2 years now and have been to several specialists who misdiagnosed and mistreated the issue. After 5 days with this machine I can now diagnose myself as having a weak pelvic floor….why? Because it’s the only thing in this hellish journey that has ever helped me. The more I use the machine the longer I can wait to pee. I went from getting up every single hour at night to being able to go every 3-4 hours. This is after only FIVE days of using this machine! I was not strong enough to effectively perform kegals on my own so this machine is my dream come true! If you have issues related to a weak pelvic floor you need to get this machine now!

I know there are some negative reviews but me and my daughter, who is 15, don't think its too easy. She is an athlete so not out of shape and I am fit also. It doesn't need resistance because it is sloped and gravity is working against you. The whole point is to not allow the foot pedals to hit either side but use your muscles to get as close to each side as possible without it touching. If you are doing it correctly it's an excellent workout and makes no noise. If your complaining about it being loud its because you are allowing it to slam into the edge which is not how it is intended to be used. We love it and are having contests to see who can go longer. I think it's a great machine and am excited to keep using it.

The 'handlebars' are not solid but floppy....annoying detail that I wish I had known about before purchasing.

I knew it was not exactly the same machine I wanted, but they no longer carried the leg master I wanted. I saw this on amazon I have never had any trouble returning items that I tried and did not like. This leg master clanks everytime it slides to the sides. It was so noisy my family was like what are doing in there. Im exercising. They said that machine makes alot of noise. I, I wanted to return the item. They offered 50% discount. I said no thank it makes alot of noise can you please refund. They said yes but I would have to pay to return the item. So do not order the leg master it clanks and they will not return unless you pay to return the item. Very disappointed in the product and how they handled the return.

I loved the original leg magic, but this one is not challenging enough. I’d buy this for a senior citizen, but not a 20-65 year old looking to tone up. The legspan of this piece is not wide enough to feel much burn, even after a few mins. I’m going to try to return mine.

This machine didn't look like much. I am a senior, in my 70's, and needed to strengthen my pelvic floor. I could only do a few at first. Back and forth without hitting the widest part or the inner part. Even though I didn't feel like I was doing anything in the pelvic area, there was a gradual, but steady, improvement in incontinence. I have already saved some money on incontinence products and expect that to continue to improve. I do as many as I can at least once a day. I try for a minimum of 100. I've had the machine for about two months.
