This is a solid piece of equipment. It is durable and extremely easy to use. I am using it regularly and have seen a lot of progress in my leg flexibility. I highly recommend it.

This is great. I do martial arts and wanted to increase my flexibility. The strap is really strong and durable, simple design but really effective. Cant wait to see progress as I continue to use it.Turned up quickly, great quality. I also use it on the floor for box splits - one foot against something solid, and put the strap under the door instead of on top and pull as you would normally. Multi use!

Perfect for my cheerleader! It hangs super easy right over the doorway. They only think I would say is I wish it stayed on the door it falls off when you open the door

Very easy to use and set up took only seconds. It definitely helps with stretching, especially if you are starting out or getting back to it.
