This is great value for the money. New to archery so this wasn’t a huge expense but allowed me to know how my bow was set up as I got stronger and upped my bow poundage

Seems accurate. Showing the max and hold weight is a very convenient feature.

First off, great shipping and packaging. No complaints there.First 5 times or so it was fine. No issues. Really liked the scale actually.Sixth time I pulled back it exploded in my hand. Luckily it’s not a dry fire because the body shot forward as a projectile. My wall is not as lucky.Hopefully mine was just defective and it doesn’t happen to anyone else.P.S.: the bow I was drawing back was measuring 48 lbs before the scale exploded on the next draw.

I was skeptical about this product at first but once I checked the calibration with an 3lb weight and it was dead on I felt better about using it. I was pretty impressed to be honest. The scale held up to multiple 60# draws on a pse compound bow. I’m not going to lie. It is scary drawing your bow with this scale at first. I used some safety glasses and looked away as I drew. But when I didn’t hear any cracking or explosion I knew i was good. The scale works for checking the peak weight and the hold weight. The problem with the scale when it comes to hold weight is that you have to hold it very still for it to register the hold weight. I was only able to get it to register once with the bow drawn. But it did register the hold weight multiple times with the weight. You just have to hold it steady for roughly 1 second. So if you need a scale to tune your bow this isn’t bad for the price. It works and gets the job done. Hope this helps. Good job on the scale Legend Archery.

Fits well in my hand. Looks good. Easy to use.Reads the draw weight very well but not the let off. It appears that when I let the bow down, it causes it to change.

Needed to verify my bow's draw weight, and since I won't use daily, i just couldn't justify paying over 100$ for the last chance scale. This one had the price and ergonomics I thought I would like, and I was right. I do like the feel of this scale, and the price was great for how little I will need to use it. The display is bright and clear to read with the draw and holding weights both displayed, and it's easy to use and cycle through functions. It's a lot more accurate than you would think, considering how people like to insult the "value" priced archery tools lol but I used a 25 lb. kettle bell to check it and it weighed at 25.17 lbs. Can't get too much closer for larger weight scales. If you're in the market for a handheld digital bow scale and don't have the wallet or reasons to pay 120 bucks for the high dollar ones, this one will do pretty much what they do for 1/5th the price.

This is a nicely designed and well-built archery draw weight scale. Very intuitive, quick and easy to setup. I shoot all summer and spend many hours tuning my bow for target shooting and also hunting season. I have used this scale on my compound and recurve bows to confirm my draw weight on each bow. This is helpful in determining that I have the correct spine for my particular setup. The draw scale grip is comfortable and has good ergonomics. The readout is clear and bright. It is easy to read. I would recommend this as a good and cost-efficient purchase.
