Legend Suspension - Revo-A Coil Shocks. The REVO-A coil shock system is Legends take on isolating a bike from road shocks using a conventional coil spring and shock absorber. Revo suspension achieves a softer, more compliant ride due to softer spring rates. The REVO-A line also uses coil springs that are specially wound a few inches longer than a standard spring. When compressed into the shock body, the special spring delivers a sweet spot that is noticeably larger and more usable than competitors that yields a great ride over a wide variety of road conditions. The REVO-As shock bodies are all aluminum, as well! Spring rates produce superior ride quality and performance. REVO-As coils provide improved plush ride quality, control, and resistance to bottoming out. REVO-As extended coil length has a larger sweet spot without increasing the overall shock length. REVO-As unique spring rate offers ability to soften preload and/or reduce ride height while maintaining a smooth ride. Requires minimal preload adjustments when changing between rider weight or total motorcycle load. All suspension adjustments can be done by hand, no tools required. Easy installation and alignment is provided by spherical bearings on top and bottom. Six-position external knob allows for fine-tuning of rebound damping. Black bodies with black springs. All REVO-A suspension components are assembled by hand. Sold in pairs. Made in the USA.

Huge improvement over stock. I pondered on getting these for a long time and now I’m stoked I did. Greatly improved the ride, and lifted up the ass end a little bit. Only thing about them I don’t like is when you put your girl in the back plus luggage, they get a little squishy and make it feel washed out. Other than that awesome socks.

I have put these on my last 5 bikes. They work great, and they have always held up to many miles of hard riding.

I bought shocks from one of legends competitors for my 2017 road glide had them on for about an hour worst ride than my old worn out shocks. Returned them and bought the Legands revo-a by far the best riding shock i ever had in my 50 years of riding. Front springs next

What can I say... after 20 years of service it was time to replace the OEM air shocks on my Road King. What a difference in ride and handling. The reviews were spot on about the Legend quality. I have to admit that the price was a bit daunting. I overcame the fear and never looked back. In fact I have already purchased the recommended front suspension to go along with my REVO A's.

At first I was a little skeptical but I replaced the stock air shocks on my 2013 Electra Glide. I had heard how much better these were than the stock garbage from Harley, but I had no idea how good they would be. The ride is noticeably better on rough roads and bumps. I plan on replacing the front in the winter while it's parked.

Fitted these Coil Suspension Rear Shocks to my 2017 Harley Road King and they do appear to have made a difference to my ride as I don’t seem to get the ‘spine jarring’ experience that I used to get riding on certain roads. I have so far figured out the required ‘Spring Tension’ settings for Solo riding; for Two-Up riding and for a Fully Loaded motorcycle and this was relatively easy and straight forward to do, without tools. I have yet to try all six ‘Rebound’ settings but so far I’m pleased with the improved ride that I am now getting from these new Rear Shocks.

If you have been riding stock HD shocks and finding yourself automatically clenching every time you see a bump coming in the road ahead, then these are for you. I used to think spending ~$1K on shocks was insane but now that I've installed and dialed them in, I can't imagine ever going back to the stock shocks that ride like a 2X4. The adjustable rebound seemed a little frivolous, but again, I have seen the light. Depending on what kind of riding I'm doing that day, I'll adjust a couple clicks in either direction, and wow. It totally changes the handling. If you're only riding to the next bar in town, the standard Revo set will save you a couple/few hundred - but if you mix it up a lot (i.e. heavy twisties/canyon carving, freeway, country roads, leisurely rides, etc) then the A models are absolutely worth the extra money.Installation is easy, provided that you have a motorcycle jack that can lift from the frame. I found that my swingarm mounts were off by almost 1/4" left to right, so I used the weight of the bike (on the lift) to compress one side a little, which lined-up the other side bolt holes. Be sure to properly set the sag on these also - don't just ride them right out of the box and expect your riding life to change. It only takes a few minutes and a tape measure. The springs are easily spun up or down by hand.

These shocks made a huge difference in the comfort and handling of my 09 Road King. Potholes and train tracks that used to clack your teeth together and beat your kidneys are no problem now. I went from Harley low air shocks to the 13" Revo A so maybe the old stuff was so bad anything would have made a big difference, but I'm thinking these shocks are just that good. To get through this quickly I will just click off the high points. - Packaging was great. Everything was secure and came out of the box in pristine shape. - It took about 15 minutes to remove the old shocks and install these. Directions were easy to follow and all inclusive. - Sag was easy to set. I used my ATV jack to lift the bike off the ground to stretch the shocks full length for the first measurement. My wife then took the measurement with wheels down and me on the bike. Adjustment was simple, turn the lower nut by hand on each side half a turn. Remeasure/repeat till you get the sag right. It took one full turn on each shock to get it for me. - I set the dial to 3 per the instructions and did a test ride. After an hour of hitting every type of crappy road feature, I set it back on 3 after trying all the settings. My bet is the regular Revo shock would be good for 95% of people. The adjustment dial on the Revo A is a cool detail but the 3 setting is just right and you could save a bit of money going with the regular shock and be happy as a clam.

Be aware if you are buying in Canada that this item is comming from the US and there will be Taxes and Duties which are not indicated on the description. It costs me another $300.00. Also it showed up showing the $1200 was in US dollars which it wasn't. Good customer service so they helped out and the product is great.

Install these shocks before heading to Sturgis this year. Great ride! Got home from Sturgis, parked the bike and the next day I noticed all the oil had leaked from the right rear shock all over my brake rotor, tire, and garage floor. Not recommended. Going to have to send them to Legend and have them rebuilt.
