I like the designs and patterns but unfortunately in the instructions for the patterns are incomplete. For example, the pattern for the bag on the front doesn't have any instructions for finishing, no mention of which stitch to use for creating the final shape of the bag, and the only instruction for construction of the purse is to assemble like the photo. The should have included a graphic of the layout for assembly. I have sewed, taken apart, and resewn three times and I still can't get the configuration to look right.The point of buying a pattern book, is to be able to follow the patterns in the book and make the projects to completion. The instructions are lacking. There are better written books out there. Save your money.

I purchased this book because of the cover page. There's actually a tutorial on YouTube for the cover page. I gave it 3 stars because I was hopping there would be new design inside but they are just copies of what I've seen in other crochet books, so I was kind of disappointed. If you are new to crochet I guess this book would be okay, but if you are advance person I wouldn't recommend this book.

I'm not really into crochet but I fell in love with the texture and design of the tote bag on the cover. I have now made the bag and everyone comments on how lovely it looks. The instructions were easy to follow and I would recommend the book to beginners like me. As usual, the whole purchase experience was problem free with speedy delivery.

There are only a few pages to this publication, so was a bit disappointed. The few other designs did not inspire me, they were a bit on the old fashioned side for my taste. I already had the pattern on the front cover and thought there would be more colour ways of this design inside, but there wasn't; so sadly had to return.

I like this book at lot. The totes and bags patterns are well written. I love to crochet and i'll be able to make a bag or two for a gift or for myself. The designs of the bags and the totes are very nice.
