Love it that I can make a soft cheese so fast.I haven't tried any of the flavored cheeses yet, but love the regular cows milk cheese. Stir it up to crumble and it's so good with scrambled eggs.So easy to make.

Super easy to use. Very simple and the cheese is delicious.1st you need to feel with milk the white container until the line. Put in the microwave for 12" at 800w.After this time just need to add lemon (you have also the measure for this on the lid).Mix everything with a spatula and leave for 30"After this time you need to put the mix on the green basket to remove the water. After this I like to add salt and Italian herbs. Mix this with a spoon and at the same time I scrunched the cheese with the spoon to be more compact.Put the lid on and storage on the fringe until is very cold. The result is amazing. My recommendation is to use a slice of corn bread toasted with olive oil and then put this cheese. Awwww is so lovely and yummy. This is super simple, yummy and healthy.100% recommended :)

I bought this on a whim (spur of the moment), just to find out what homemade "cheese" would be like. I chose the recipe for the Balsamic Vinegar cheese, followed the instructions (with the exception of the heating cycle - my microwave brought the milk to temperature in 8 minutes, not 13), and the "cheese" was ready for the refrigerator in record time. I must say that you could make the same thing without this kit, but the kit does make it so much simpler, and it gives you the recipe book besides (some look really yummy.).I left the cheese (compressed milk curds, really) in the frig overnight and we had it as part of our dinner. My husband REALLY liked it, the kiddo thought it was interesting, and I found it highly palatable. I will have to experiment with the flavours and ingredients until I find one that really appeals to everyone. Maybe a dessert cheese..... ;-D

I can't sincerely call the milk product this thing produces cheese. I feel duped into buying an over priced strainer. If you want to make what this thing makes, microwave some milk, add vinegar. Strain. That's it. The recipe book is just a list of things to put curdled milk on.

One of the best kitchen gadgets I've ever bought and would highly recommend this to others, and have. Easy to use with basic ingredients and not a big time commitment. Does most of the work itself and results in a healthy cheese without preservatives. Makes wonderful soft herbal cheeses.

This thing is cool. It takes a bit of experimentation to get the recipe down just right - and adjust the timing for your microwave if you've got a more powerful (or less) one. But it works. I used some taragon white wine vinegar for the first batch - and got a slightly crumbly feta-like consistency cheese out of it. For my next batch I used lemon, and ended up with something having the consistency of goat cheese - but the taste of mozzarella. So far I've only made "plain" cheeses with whole (organic) cows milk. It works great - my wife, and my child love the results too.

Have used this daily since i tried it last weekend. Its so easy, and super healthy with raw milk. The cheese is subtle and delicious and so fresh. I have used lemon juice, which gave the cheese a subtle lemon flavor, delicious, and also white sweet balsamic champagne vinegar-which gives a firmer just as delicious result. Easy to get the hang of, had to experiment to get the right microwave time with my much more powerful microwave wattage. I cant wait to get some smoked salmon to make a batch of salmon and dill cheese. Yum!

It does what it's made for in a fast and easy way! Great for making cheese and also for straining homemade or store bought yogurt. I have also used the container and lid, without the basket ,to make a single serving of popcorn in the microwave.
