It looks really nice. Only thing is that if you have a bed with bed posts, there are no slits for the bed skirt to hang down from nicely. So you either have to cut the corners or just have the fabric bunched up.Also, follow the washing instructions. I had to wash is cause my dog decided to go potty on the skirt. My dryer only has one heat setting which is hot, so it shrunk slightly. But the bed skirt was kinda big, so when it shrunk it fit a bit better. From now on, I'll just air dry it outside.I have it under my mattress on my box spring and no issues. It doesn't slip and the elastic makes it stay on. As for putting it on, if you put it under your mattress like me, you'll have a bit of trouble just from removing the mattress. But otherwise, it's easy installation.

This bed skirt is gorgeous and looks very posh. I love the double layers. The fabric is beautiful. Seems very well made. Did not work over my mattress as intended, so I had to put under covering the beautiful rose fabric. However , some of the rose fabric still shows & it gives it a very nice touch. Would recommend.

This is perfect for my little girls bed! Love that it has the elastic on the corners to hold it. Made it so easy to get the full size mattress back on alone. My only little complaint, is I wish the "tooling" went up higher on the box spring. Took just a touch of finagling to not have the flower pattern poking out on the edges. Overall love it and highly recommend!

It took such a long time to receive this purchase due to Covid that I had already purchased another comforter set that came with its own dust ruffle. I am including pictures of the pink and green floral decking material on this beautiful dust ruffle which is what goes under the mattress will only be seen by me when I change my sheets but it is extremely high quality unlike so many that have a papery consistency and fall apart quickly. I am enclosing pictures of the dust ruffle which came with my set....as you can see there is no comparison. The decking material is actually paper. This one was so spectacularly beautiful that I am using it instead. The quality is amazing and it’s one of those items that makes you smile every time you see it. It also included elastic straps to hold it in place and keep it from shifting when you rotate your mattress. Something I’ve never seen before but which is ingenious and also speaks to quality of this product. I actually haven’t even put it on my bed yet as we have been remodeling. The fabric quality blew my mind and I am a Custom Decorator and also have Designed and Fabricated draperies, upholstery, slipcovers, pillows etc for over 30+ years. This is something I would have fabricated myself and I am an extremely perfectionist personality due to my Career. My Clients demand the best. I will be recommending this product to them. I was very upset about how long it took to receive it and actually tried to cancel the order but it arrived the next day or two later and I was so glad I didn’t get the authorization to return it as It was worth ever but of the wait!
