Just started using this computer but was easy to set up and it automatically transferred my "old" pc to this new one. I will write another review after putting it to the work.

Old system finally died and forced upgrading to newer system. This one is fast, powerful and great graphics. Keyboard is one of best ones I have used. Large screen is very nice. Price is very reasonable for high end system. A few accessories (extended USB ports, External CD/DVD, 4TB External backup drive) and set for a long time of computer enjoyment.

We bought what we thought was a dependable AIO pc, but after just 3 weeks it would not boot up.Submitted a support ticket they said I needed to send it in for service. I have sent it in and I just checked the status. It states it will be two weeks to complete the repairs, this is a brand new computer so I am extremely disappointed in the product and the support.They should have just sent me a new one, as of now, my recommendation is to avoid this product and the seller. I will update my review if I receive satisfactory service.

Excellent investment for Home or Business use. SSD and Ram have really improved the speed of everything from start up to internet search. So far so good,
