Everything was packaged nicely. I received a bonus mouse, keyboard, and wifi dongle.One small issue was a screw banging around inside the PC. It appears to belong to a bigger full sized PC tower. Not sure how it ended up it there but I'm glad it was making noise. Would've shorted something for sure.PC is working properly so far.

This product came packaged properly for electrics in bubble packaging and included everything I needed to get started. It had the charger, Wi-Fi dongle even though it has a built in Wi-Fi card, a new keyboard and mouse, and the power cable. It also had a fresh install of MS Office 11. This was a quality purchase.

Item was in great condition and even came with a mouse keyboard and wifi USB adapter. Mine also came with a HDMI port so I didn't need to get a HDMI to displayport adapter. Came with windows 11 as well. I might have just gotten lucky but either way I'm satisfied

This PC worked fine and suddenly was prompting for windows activation - there was an initial issue I resolved with a reset, and somehow it lost its licence connection. Of course I couldn't get any support from Amazon (return window closed). I left a 1-star stinking review and then did a lot of digging to find the actual vendor. And once they confirmed my Amazon order number they bent over backwards to help me, first providing a new license (didn't work) and then shipping me a replacement computer at no charge. Great communication, amazing service.

Ok so it arrived a day earlier than expected. That pretty good as I'm in a remote part of Canada and everything is always later than normal.But I didn't get exactly the computer as advertised.So instead of a m700 , I was sent m710q.Basically the same computer, the cpu was an i3-6100 but instead of 3.1 it was 3.7ghzSingle stick of so-dimm 2133 8gb ram. So can expand with a single matching stick.And still has a open m.2 slot for another driveOk so the bad.I just plan on using it as a machine to use Linux so the OS didn't matter to me. But the drive wasn't wiped before I got it, this would have been a huge problem as a normal everyday person wouldn't be able to get past the boot screen.And a more experience user could have possibly done something more nefarious.So taking away a single star , as it will be a good computer for me and I'm going to keep it, but I really hope the others have been wiped before sending out.

This is exactly what it says it is. A powerful small format PC.It comes with everything you need to get going. It even has a wired keyboard and mouse. Windows 10 is pre-loaded and it works out of the box.I changed mine to Linux and it is perfect for what I need.Great value too. Thank you

I was excited to use this and it worked well for a few hours. Suddenly while using Firefox to Google something the screen started to jitter and I got a "cannot allocate memory" failure. Shortly after the screen went black. I rebooted the pc and it no longer had an operating system. After having my IT guy look at it he stated the hard drive was no longer recognized by the system and it was nonfunctional. The drive burnt out and the most assistance I got was "reorder it and return the old one through Amazon." I'm not impressed with the customer service and begrudgingly ordered a new one as this is the best priced pc in my needs and form factor. Here's hoping this was a fluke but time will tell. Wasted time, energy and gas to return this. Buy at your own risk!

I bought this to run a packet radio node, and it's perfect for that role. I didn't want something that would draw too much power, but I wanted a computer with more options than a Raspberry PI or similar SBC.Be warned, however, that my example did not include the pictured DB9 serial port, which I needed for my packet TNC.I had to purchase The correct adapter to attach to the pin header (Lenovo FRU 04X2733 ), which set me back another $30.
