This prep board is something different. It is a large glass rectangle with four silicone feet to hold it in place on a countertop or table. I am surprised that it is quite heavy, but the weight should keep it sturdy. I was disappointed that neither the product description page nor packaging provide use instructions, other than that it’s dishwasher safe, which I love. Mine emerged beautifully from its first dishwasher run. A QR code for use and care leads to generic information about other types of products. I called Lenox customer service and was assured that this surface is fine for cutting anything — meat, fruits and veggies, bread, whatever, or even for rolling out cookie dough and cookie cutters. I wouldn’t hesitate to serve finger foods on it, either, given the adorable picture and hygienic glass top. My five-year-old likes this board, too, but doesn’t understand that he can’t color on it. I’m all about practical, but it’s easy to envision this board as a collectible display piece. I think of Lenox as “fancy stuff,” which this is, in its way, despite the playful Peanuts image. At less than $20, the price is a steal, in my opinion.

This glass prep board is so cute, I love the Snoopy and food design. It is made of heavy glass, feels substantial, and is dishwasher safe. I would not recommend using this as a cutting board as glass will DULL your knives. That's why it's called a prep board. You can use this to prep raw meats since glass will not absorb any of the meat liquid, I plan on using this to put meat on to season and prep before cooking or using it as a prep board to make burgers. You could also use this to serve cheese or deserts. This would also make a great hostess or housewarming gift for any Snoopy lover.

I'm a huge fan of anything Peanuts/Snoopy, so this glass prep board definitely spoke to me. My only concern is that I feel like the glass could be a bit thicker. Having used it a bit, I feel like it might crack one day while cleaning it. The design is very cute and vibrant, but I just have a slight concern regarding the durability.

This Chef Snoopy prep board by Lenox is just adorable. I’m actually using it as a decorative piece and displaying it on a floating shelf in my kitchen. It just feels too cute to cut on and I’m not sure about cutting on a glass cutting board. I’m afraid I’ll damage it so I haven’t attempted it.The front of it is in perfect condition. One of the rubber feet on the back just won’t stay on. I’ll probably have to super glue it.I also made the mistake of trying to get the Lenox sticker off the back and I think it’s supposed to stay on it. I ended up damaging some of the coating on the back. So don’t make my mistake and just leave it. That is completely my fault though. The front looks great and luckily no one will see the back.Overall it’s just a beautiful piece but I’m using it more as kitchen decor than functionally.This review is for “Lenox 897683 Chef Snoopy Large Prep Board.”

I'm a lifelong Peanuts fan and admittedly live vicariously through Snoopy's exploits to help make mundane tasks (like meal prep) less dull. To their credit Sparky's heirs have done a good job licensing only quality materials lately and this is no exception. The cutting board is top notch and arrived looking great, so great that I'm tempted to add it to my collection keeping it in mint condition but (knowing how much Snoopy stuff I already have collected) my wife has other ideas. She's decorated our house with many of my collectables and noted that the kitchen is deficient in comparison to the rest of the house in the amount of Peanuts stuff present (her way of saying - Start using this stuff already!!!).It works great and keeps its appearance even after use due to its strong glass material. With 4 rubber feet keeping it in place on our countertops it's a fine way to protect them and keep the food we're preparing clean and safe. But most of all it's really adorable and reminds you of Snoopy's spirit making meal prep tasks a bit less of a chore.

I am in love with this piece. I just recently started using glass cutting boards as I was gifted one. This one is incredibly thick well made glass. The picture quality is gorgeous and it just adds the perfect pop of color and fun to my kitchen counters. I plan to now have a glass cutting board for each holiday/season. Hopefully I can find more gorgeous Lenox pieces (characters are my fav!) to add to this adorable Snoopy! 10/10 highly recommend!

This Snoopy Prep Board is adorable!!It arrived quickly, well packaged and looks just like the photo online!The glass is approximately 1/4” thick, and has a nice, heavy weight to it.The design is bright, and very detailed, but I did notice 2 issues upon unpackaging this.Theres a flaw in thr design, which can be felt on the back side.. it appears as if a piece of debris was trapped between thr graphic and the glass (see photos).One of the silicone feet was also missing, which I searched for in the box in case it was knocked off during shipping, without any luck. I can find at a store and replace myself. I would be concerned about sending this as a gift before seeing it first.Overall this is adorable, and I love the design.. but quality control needs some improvement.

I am a big Snoopy fan and my whole kitchen is Chef Snoopy, so this Lenox collection is perfect for me! The glass prep board is tough as nails. It survived an apparently perilous journey via UPS (see photo for the irony of the “fragile handle with care” warning on the box) with nary a chip or crack.5 stars for the board, zero stars for whoever sent this off with woefully insufficent packing.
