Open the valve cap
Insert the air nozzle and press it tightly against to the valve. Pinch the valve stem to keep air from leaking.
Put the valve cap back on and press it firmly down.

I got these to float around in our pools lazy river. The price is great. The material is thick and feels strong. The design looks like the pic and I love them. They are comfortable for an adult to hold onto or put over your head and float but too small to sit in and float. I would say it would only be comfortable for a young teen (short, small adult) and down to sit in and float. I don’t know that I would want something bigger for the pool though. I am happy with them for the pool and would buy them again in a heartbeat.
