I received the product today. Very good deal for the money. High quality. Higher dome than many and with the rack be very handy for baking items that may have a higher grease content such as a meatloaf. The vent on each is a real added bonus.

These do the job. When using blackstone, often dishes need some oven type heat for full cook (chicken thighs etc). These work well.
