This solution was incredible, I tried spicing this locally but could not find anything like it.I had removed a wall and would had had to re run so many wires, but finding this product allowed me to easily redirect wires directly to lights and save more cost on wiring than these switches cost. I ended up getting 4 sets, and placed switches in locations that would have been impossible to run wires too without hundreds of renovation dollars.Dimmers work well with the memory, but I would rather they were sliders instead of click level.

These remote switches have been an absolute lifesaver! If you live in a home without sheetrock walls, or where a particular circuit path doesn't make sense, these are incredible. We have wood walls, so breaking them open would be much more difficult. The switches look great, and blend in seamlessly with other decora switches. You can use them to make switched outlets, or easily add things like under cabinet lights without adding switch wiring. The dimming function of this one in particular is a bit odd. It's not dimming as most people would think. More setting the maximum brightness to toggle between that, and off when the switch is pressed. All in all, this product has saved me SO much time and money, the pairing process is simple. No wifi or Bluetooth BS. You can mix and match switches and relays to make different control circuits, and the hub can make the whole system smart integrated (although I haven't tried that personally but assume it works based on my experience with the rest of the product lineup). I've probably gone on long enough, but I want to add, there are cheaper brands of similar products, I'm sure some of them work. But the two other brands I tried before spending more on these were not a good experience. Should have bought this first.

Easy to install. I purchased it as a replacement for an older one that would default to full bright on after a power failure (which we have fairly often here). This one came back one exactly as it was when the power went out.It's easy to set the brightness level.

I have installed Many various types of wireless switches Leven is a depedable well built Battery operated Canadian manufactered switch.It will require Battery replacement "down the road", but battery replacemnt at the switch isn't hard to do. It requires removing the back panel of the switch exsposing the Disc Battery for replacement, a job less likely suitable for a elderly person. Typical battery life with moderate use is aprox. 3-5 years.

I bought this and two receivers. They paired and grouped up so easily, Apple should take notes. The dimmer function steps, which is perfect for under cabinet lights.Even though this is for our kitchen, I took the controller to the other side of the house before mounting it...it worked 45 feet away.Add Levven to the list of high quality electric contractor supply "L" brands.

I needed to put a dimmer on a ReVent RVL80-D bathroom fan and had to opt for wireless because the fan only has a punch out for a single armored cable. The receiver is much smaller than what the picture would lead you to believe and I was able to get it into the tiny junction box area within the fan and enclose it properly.The airflow check valve flap kept coming off. The instructions don’t show you what direction it needs to be in and it can swing freely too far in either direction, so it is cheap and useless. We had a very windy day today and the air from the outside was moving the fan blades and bringing in cold air. It is not an easy task to undo the vent to change the direction of the flap because you have to tape everything. The whole assembly is cheap and brittle. The portion of the exhaust vent that is supposed to snap into place comes undone very easily unless taped.The switch installation was easy, but you do have to play with spacers a little if adding to a three-gang wall plate in a two-gang box. Was able to ultimately get that flush without having to use the wall anchors and just attached it to the plate. Dimming is counterintuitive. It is not a fluid adjustment and instead more like very specific step-downs that happen quickly, so you might have to try a few times to get the light setting that you want because it will fly past it. You can’t just click down one tap at a time because one tap shuts it off.Ultimately, I found the light setting that we like and won’t touch the dimmer too often. Since there is only one power source to the fan, the fan must be running for the light to be on. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning, since this is most likely the case for most otherwise people wouldn’t need to use this product and could hard-wire the dimmer.

Super easy to follow install. However my box doesn't have a neutral wire. Only 1 black and 1 white wire. So it will not work for my application.

First of all, this is very expensive for the functionality offered. It's not a 'smart' i.e. networked device. Mind you that isn't what I wanted or needed so it's not a drawback for me, but for anyone assuming, based on the price, that this is an all-singing all-dancing device ... it's not.Secondly I do appreciate that it is apparently made in Canada, although strangely there's no 'Made In Canada' on the box. Go figure. Anyway it does seem to be more serious than many of the wacky-named Chinese offerings which I would be hesitant to integrate into my home's wiring on a long-term basis.Bottom line is that it works to switch a light and dim it, and the ergonomics are decent as well. i.e. when you turn the light on it picks up at the same brightness level where it left off last time. This is just as well because the dimming action is a little awkward - for one thing the brightness changes too fast. The rocker is a bit too springy feeling for my liking and also the switch behind the bottom part of the rocker appears to be less responsive than the top one - it requires a very firm push. I suspect this could be solved if the manufacturer used slightly better switches costing a few pennies more.I found that the ceiling unit didn't get a good signal with the antenna wire hidden inside the fixture, so I drilled a small hole to let it poke through. Given that many fixtures are white or silver coloured, and most ceilings are white, the antenna would be less visible if it was white or grey instead of black like the one I received.I took off a star because of the price point and these quirks, and also because when dimming, the steadily decreasing brightness is sometimes punctuated by a quick flash at full brightness. It's a little disconcerting but it doesn't detract too much from the user experience.Hopefully someone at Levven reads this. It's close to being a really good product.
