Well constructed. Used with a baritone ukulele, but I know it would also work well with my guitars (acoustic and folk). With the uke, it must be shortened to the limit, but works well. No contact or marring of the instrument or sound projection.

Good quality material and finish. I use it seated with a regular guitar to prevent sliding on my thigh. Works as advertised.

Folks, this is for holding a classical guitar or any guitar that has no strap buttons on the butt and heel of the guitar! If you're complaining about this strap not holding your guitar so well, buy a regular strap and install the buttons on your guitar. :-) Of course, the guitar will fall forward but you have to master the use of this and play the guitar well with it.I fashioned belts and straps to make my own classical guitar strap like this (that's how cheap I am, LOL!) coz these are too expensive at music stores. My own straps work well but this one from Levy's works a whole lot better with the adjustments on each strap. Plus the plastic holder (that attaches to the sound hole) is perfect. Not too tight and won't scratch the face of my guitar. I could buy a more expensive one but this one works perfect for the right price. I can use it on my classical guitar and even on my 41" dreadnought with no issues at all. Thank you Levy's.

Happy to have this classical guitar strap. Just works great to play my guitar with this strap. Does not scratch the finish, is well designed and looks good. Awesome product. Hats off to Levy!

No problem with materials or construction, but the concept isn't right for me. The guitar has to be held to keep it from falling forward in my experience, which is distracting. By "forward" I mean the top of the guitar falls away from my body.

It holds my guitar well without putting too more strain on my neck. One thing I would have liked is for there to be something to cushion the part that contacts your neck. Otherwise, it's a guitar strap that works for your acoustic classical guitar!

This is different from the traditional straps I'm used to but it's perfect for a classical guitar. Well-made, simple and works as it should. Still feels weird but I'll get used to it.

Does the job and then some. An ergonomic aid, much simpler (if less stable) than installing buttons. A great strap option for a classical guitar.

Not what I expected. I was hoping that this would hold my classical in a comfortable position. It does not. If you happen to not hold your guitar in error, it will fall forward. You still need to hold the guitar close to you to prevent it from falling. In addition, it does not provide the 45* angle that is common for classical playing. My purpose of purchasing this was to stand up while playing. Sitting and playing is becoming an issue and strain on my back. I will donate this to a local music department to see if they might be able to use it on other instruments.

Bought one on Amazon a couple weeks ago to use with my tenor uke. Build quality is nothing short of delightful in an old-school, smells-like-leather way that you are bound to love.I have not tried this for a guitar (and probably wouldn't do after last week's conversation with my buddy who plays alto sax and has damaged a disk in his cervical spine using a neck strap for hours at a time).Anyway...for the uke: I took the adjustments all the way up to where the neck strap will just fit over my cranium, so it is a little bit of a pain in the neck to put on and take off. Noting if you will that I am about 73" tall and fairly long-waisted, that still wasn't short enough for me, so I also tied a knot in the cord that holds the hook that fits into the sound hole, this done with an eye toward shortening it further. Basically successful. On this subject, the aforementioned hook doesn't get in my way when I play (I use this term generously), but I am laboring under the prospective delusion that one wants to strum a ukulele a little closer to the nut than a guitar, which latter ought best to be strummed roughly over the sound hole and which former ought best to be strummed abeam the body-neck juncture.DISCLAIMER, ON MANY LEVELS: Keep in mind while reading this that I am actually a trombonist, not string-plucker (dammit, Jim....). I learned to play ukulele on YouTube.
