Solid muddler—nice weight and length, and great for mojitos and old fashioneds. Only downside is the head didn’t fit as snugly as I expected, but it still gets the job done. Easy to clean and looks great in my bar setup!And to respond to the comment before me about it being too long.... it says that it's 12 inches long!!! Read before you buy! I need a 12 inch muddler because the cup I'm crushing my lemons in is 8 inches tall. If I use the shorter muddler, my hand hits the top of the cup.

I ordered this muddler to use for making jams and cheong syrups, specifically to ease the process of crushing the fruit. The differently sized rough ends of this muddler make it ideal for such an application, but there are some imperfections in the plastic that I'm a little worried will make cleaning out everything after usage a bit tricky. The gold color adds a touch of elegance, and the body of the muddler is a good width to get a comfortable grip on.

So I do enjoy a good Mojito in these summer months, so I find myself reaching for this muddler quite often. It works well to muddle mint, it extracts a good amount of flavor from the mint without pulverizing it into unrecognizable bits. Also, it is well constructed, with a good weight and easy to clean so far. I haven't used it for any other drinks yet, but I'm sure I'll find my uses as I go on.

Would be 5 stars if it weren't so long! Not sure why it needs to be this long. I inserted it into a shaker to see if that was the reason and that may be but I still think it should be shorter.

This muddler is exactly what I was hoping for — sturdy, well-balanced, and made from high-quality stainless steel. It feels solid in the hand and makes quick work of muddling herbs, fruits, and anything else you need for cocktails like mojitos, old fashioneds, and margaritas. Cleanup is super easy, and the double-headed design adds great versatility. A fantastic addition to any home bar setup. Highly recommend!

The muddler came nicely wrapped. It seems well made and you can use both ends. If you’re assembling a set of bartending tools as a gift this would be great to add given how nicely it is wrapped.The problem I have is that I wanted to use it for mojitos and I learned, after I ordered it, a rough ended muddier is not good for mint and other herbs, but should be used for fruits or sugar cubes. Since it has two sides it’s a shame that one isn’t smooth and the other rough. Why should you need two mufflers?!Still it is a nice muddler-I just have to come up with a new fruity drink so I can use it.

To be fair, I’m not a bartender, but I know what a muddler is, however, I didn’t realize it was supposed to be over 12 3/4 inches in lengthYes, it’s almost 13 inches long. Just the amount of space this is gonna take up is ridiculous.However, I can’t say the plastic seems like it would be easy to wash and the aluminum is sturdy and it doesn’t weigh a whole terribly lot. It’s just ridiculously long.
