They are easy to install, seem to have more than enough 3m stickiness. I used a blow dryer slightly to help remove any bubbles. Worked great

I cleaned plate with alcohol wipes and heated the area, i even took time to get them contoured to the grooves so air bubbles, but they still came unstuck in a month and start pealing up. Bad adhesive. Not worth it.

Super high quality 3M tape - it is thick and adhered well. No worry about bubbles unless you really rush it. Had to trim 1/4 of an inch off the top of each piece to have it fit as wanted. The blue printed font color is just what I wanted. However one of the front pieces had a very slight smear in the printed font.Overall an awesome purchase and great value. Even arrived about a week earlier than initially expected when shipping from China.
