I did a drain/fill on the transmission of my 2011 GX 460 and replaced the filter and pan's gasket. Everything went smoothly, just make sure if you live in a rust bucket area to pre-lubricate the transmission pan bolts with blaster daily for about a week before the job. Those bolts will shear easily! Filter was a direct replacement and worked flawlessly.
