Adjustable LED Edge Lit Exit Sign
The ultimate exit sign in design and versatility. This Red/Green LED Edge Lit Exit Sign will solve almost any mounting configuration problem. The ELRT style allows for surface, side, and wall mount installation. The edge lit panel is constructed of high grade acrylic with customizable directional arrows to point towards exit direction. The removable front cover makes installation and maintenance headache-free!
Emergency Operation
Upon failure of the normal utility power, our ELRT model has an internal solid-state transfer switch that automatically provides uninterrupted emergency operation for at least 90 minutes. The fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours.
Illumination
The ELRT Exit Sign series provides a long life LED illumination. The unit is constructed with a red or green high output LED board. Energy consumption is rated at less than 5 watts.

Included is a universal mounting plate that allows the following mounting configurations.
Ceiling Mount
Ceiling mount - also known as surface mount - is very commonly used for above door or hallway installations.
Side Mount
Side mount installation is great for hallways and corridors.
Wall Mount
Wall mount installation is excellent for above door or hallway installation where space is limited.

These exit signs were purchased for a religious institute and upon installation they never came on or lit up. I have contacted the seller several times for a resolution and as of today still didn't get a response. Very poor customer service.

It was hard to tell from the description that this unit could be wall mounted or ceiling mounted (more pictures examples are needed). It also mounts from the top of the silver body section or the end. The exit sign Plexiglas section is on a hinge that can flip 90 degrees. Decal direction arrows are also included if needed. I say all of this because I was impressed with the mounting flexibility of the unit. I bought 5 of these to replace another manufacturer's junky plastic units that broke in pieces when trying to replace the batteries. The casing on these new units are metal and to replace the batteries in the future would be very simple. I have been an electrician for over 40 years and have installed many light fixtures, including exit lights. I thought these were some of the best designs I have come across.
