The TV has plenty of features and the remote is sleek and functional. The apps are plentiful and the mobile app for the TV is helpful. The volume is a wee soft and at times, I have to turn it up to 20 to hear inside my small office. 2 HDMI and 2 USB inputs are helpful and the WiFi is an easy way to get updates and stream data. The cost was low, which influenced by purchase, but I am very happy so far.

Amazon represented this product as being new on its listing. No mention at all of it being a refurbished item or open box. In spite of this, the television came in an LG television box that was previosly opened and only partially taped to hold the television in. Cords and accessories were not packaged but uncoiled, open and floating in box. Foam packaging simply on top of television with no attempt to even set within it. No protective film on screen but fingerprints were visible on the screen. Product was obviously returned to Amazon and resent out to me as a new order.Fortunately the product does work and I was able to successfully set it up for streaming but very disappointed I ordered a new product when it obviously was not.

I bought a laptop. I usually get desktop computers. I needed a monitor to use the laptop like a desktop. This monitor was recommended. There was a warning when I purchased this monitor that it was returned frequently. That being said, I purchased it anyway. If fit my needs very well. It is large without the curve. I am not a gamer but a photographer and a designer so the resolution and colors are very good for me. It is a television as well and comes with the streaming apps like Netflix and Disney and others. The setup was easy. Overall I am pleased with this monitor. It comes with a remote. It helps when I wake the computer but the monitor doesn't always wake, but that's okay. I did add a dock to connect additional devices and a keyboard and mouse. A good purchase for my uses.

We use this smart monitor as a TV in my wife’s office and it has been great. The picture is way better than the 32 inch Visio tv that it replaced, has the same ThinQ UI that our living room tv has (which makes navigation easier for everyone) and can be used as a second monitor for the MacBook Air when my wife needs more screen real estate. The biggest selling point was the fact that the monitor is pink and matches the decor in her office perfectly. This monitor checked all the boxes for our needs.

Minor annoyances:- the sound quality is low & a little muffled- you have to use the remote to get it to connect to your computer via the cable (this docks points for me because it makes it harder to use)- will need an adapter if you have a modern computer because despite having a USBC port, you can’t actually connect to your computer via USBc (guessing it’s out only?)Visual quality is fine - great for work, and you can adjust brightness & blue light down. The value for money is great. It is a beautiful monitor in terms of design. Looks clean and modern - love the warm white color.

In this price range, this is a great desk monitor choice.Yes, it’s only FHD and the built-in speaker sounds meh, but it’s very well built, looks clean and minimal, has plenty of options for settings, and has webOs which enables you to watch all streaming services and YouTube etc.P.S. that this is a desk monitor, not a TV; and it’s priced accordingly. So don’t let the reviews complaining about it being a “bad TV” deter you.

The monitor is plenty bright and picture quality is very good. Sound is tinny but plenty loud. No dead pixels or bright spots. Black screen bleed through is moderate, for my use no biggie , Nice functional remote control. My biggest gripes with the monitor are no hight adjustment and the processor for the TV lags. But for the price the lag should be expected. It’s a nice countertop TV for the kitchen. Just keep in mind it that’s why you are going to purchase this monitor for the kitchen it won’t fit under the cabinets without purchasing a new adjustable stand.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Depending on your use case this may not affect you, but given mine it's a deal breaker. If you plan on using more than one of these in the same room, please pay attention and stay away! I bought three of these for my kids who all share the same room for Christmas. They each have their own Nintendo Switches which works great with the HDMI port, and also I was planning on them being able to use the smart side of the monitor to view the streaming services we have subscribed to as well as YouTube and such, but it has turned into a nightmare. The remotes that come with this monitor are infrared and ONLY infrared despite this monitor having Bluetooth capabilities. If you have two or more of these monitors in close vicinity (or say as a dual monitor setup), any time you push a button on one remote it will affect all monitors. So when one of my kids is gaming on one monitor and another goes to use their monitor, as soon as they click the power button it turns that monitor on and the one that was already on off. Cue the madness. Same with volume via the remote, trying to select a streaming service, video, HDMI input, etc.I have been in contact with LG support, and they recommended trying their LG magic remote MR22GA. I bought and received 3 of them, one for each monitor, and upon attempting to pair the monitor displays "Pairing...", then "This remote is not compatible with this device." So it attempted, but doesn't work. I contacted support again, and this time they said this is a known issue. I said, "great, so what is the solution?" They said, "there isn't one currently" . So now I have to return those as well, fun times and kids are thrilled. If you plan on having only one of these, I imagine you are fine. The monitor functions snappily, supports a wide range of services and looks pretty well for a 1080p 27" screen with deep blacks. But as soon as you put two of these close enough together for the remote to send input to both, you're in trouble and LG support will not help you. You have been warned, best of luck!
