This replaced our seized up ice dispenser motor in our fridge. It was the exact same one we took out. It was easy to remove the old one and put this one in. It is working great.

Took about 20-25 minutes to replace in a Kenmore Elite refrigerator. You may need a power drill to take off the auger piece that is exposed in the inside of the door as there is some red locktight on the screw that holds it in place.Ice dispenser worked fine after replacing the part on both cube and crushed ice modes. Time will tell if the part has longevity.

Exact replacement for my broken dispenser motor...the original finally quit due to ice build up behind it. The wires are the correct length and I now have instant ice on demand!....be aware that the screw that holds the metal piece that turns the auger has thread locker on it so removing the screw might be a PITA....the screws from the back of the motor will replace it if you destroy the original like I did ...just need to shorten it

Fixed my LG ice dispenser. The connecting cable is noticeably shorter than the OEM, but I was able to run it diagonally vice around the plastic frame.
