Purchased this to repair a damaged damper following an unbalanced load condition. The spare was in stock at Amazon but I needed three so had to order the others from another site that took three weeks to arrive. Fortunately my washer was usable with careful loading. The repair took longer than expected because a special tool is needed to depress a catch on the nylon pins that secure these dampers to the drum and enclosure. I had to improvise a tool using a short length of 1/2 inch copper plumbing tube. It wasn't ideal and the pins were a dog to extract. It wouldn't cost much to provide a tool with these replacement parts, or at least provide a link to an item that can be purchased. Otherwise I would have given this item 5-stars.
