after getting correct TV and working Candance in customer service (she was awesome) got correct TV, and returned the wrong one.

The TV itself is fine, but if you have another LG TV nearby, the remotes will cross connect TVs. You cannot bind the "smart" remote to a specific TV. Unbelievable that LG has not thought of that and added an identifier to the IR controls. Or switched to Bluetooth or another wireless model.Will likely end up buying a different brand TV to eliminate this issue.

Picture and sound are fine. App list is robust. If you watch an LG Channel, even for a minute, all buttons that usually get you back to your cable input then only go to LG channels. There is an obscure process to get back to cable input. While viewing the LG channel, press the button that says Guide in microscopic letters. Navigate to channel 1 and 2. Those are the cable input. All the instructions are wrong. The live chat employees have never had cable, so they have no idea. I have done this twice over the years. I forgot how to find the button the second time. It takes hours of guesswork. It's a stupid, inexcusable feature, and LG customer service is the worst. If you have cable, do not get this TV.
