This barcode scanner arrived intact, in new condition, inadequately protected using bubble-wrap within a generic box. The instructions are very simple to follow. It's essentially plug and play, except for when using Bluetooth, in which case, pairing is easy. The handheld fits in the cradle well. It is easy to use and scans pretty fast. Overall, I recommend.

i've been using barcode scanners in my home salon for inventory management for years & have gone through at least 4 different models that were complete garbage before finding this one. as someone who manages a ton of product inventory between color, styling products & retail items, i need something reliable that doesn't randomly disconnect.first thing i noticed was how substantial it feels in your hand - not like those cheap plastic ones that feel like they'd shatter if you dropped them. the bluetooth connection is rock solid too - hasn't disconnected once in the 3 weeks i've been using it daily. pairs easily with my salon booking system & inventory tracking software on my computer that i built specifically for managing my business (ryzen 9 9550x build that handles everything beautifully).battery life is impressive - i've been using it heavily throughout the day for about 3 weeks now & only had to charge it twice. the cradle makes charging super convenient - just drop it in at the end of the day & it's ready to go in the morning. scanning is lightning fast & accurate - even picks up slightly damaged or partially obscured barcodes on product bottles that have been handled by clients or have gotten hairspray on them.range is impressive too - i can scan items from across my salon space without having to be right next to my computer. the scan pattern is wide enough that you don't have to be super precise with alignment which saves so much time when doing inventory.my husband tried it when he was helping me organize some garage tools & even he commented on how much better it was than the one he uses occasionally at his work. coming from someone who's typically skeptical of my "fancy salon tech," that's saying something.this scanner has completely streamlined my inventory process, cutting the time in half & eliminating those frustrating moments when cheaper scanners would miss scans or lose connection. for any small business owner managing inventory, this is absolutely worth the investment. i'm seriously considering getting a second one as backup because i never want to go back to the headaches of my previous scanners.

Use for scanning books and organizing supplies. Came refurbished, with a few scratches, clean exterior with scanner working well. Scan and reads barcodes quickly, even faded out barcodes. Good product.

The product was advertised that it included a "long lasting battery" however when it arrived, it did not have a battery at all and is essentially useless without a battery.
