it's just not a great design.1. It is loose when I install it on Boy's 5 YR old bike. The 2 pieces that clamp together should be able to fit correctly on the metal piece below the seat2. The handle should be higher and not so close above the tire that it almost touches the rear tire

Does not secure tightly.I used it twice with my 5 year old and it broke on the second day.Broke at the bigger bend at the bottom.I would give 0 stars if possible. A waste of money.

Only needed to use 3 times but it was absolutely needed for my husband to help my son on his bike. It def helps your back while running with your child on his bike.
