solid construction, good variety of mounting options. needed as new vehicle purchase need front license plate mount. i aligned where i wanted, used permanent marker to locate 4 holes. drilled and use large washers behind plastic bumper and bolts, stacked washers for making plate level due to bumper curvature. a little locktite.
