I bought this fory daughter for Christmas. We are just now getting to pull this out with the warmer weather starting. First off, the hat and vest are the most adorable things I've ever seen. They are actually pretty nice quality. As are all of the tools and other pieces. I have a rough and rowdy 3 year old, so a few of the pieces have broken (as we expected). With that said, I want to note how most of it is holding strong, and my daughter is having a blast with all of it. So definitely worth it if you are in the market for this kind of toy.

My 4 year old grandson was over the moon when he got his gift, stopped everything and put his hat, vest, and bag with all his gear!! High quality, great materials, authentic gear and wonderful learning gift that provided hours of entertainment. His joy was so great!

This set had so much in it! I’m not sure how it fit into the box. The unboxing was never-ending.We especially loved the dress up vest/hat, binoculars, compass, and whistle. The vest fits my (tall, but thin) 4 year old perfectly. Still a bit big for my 2 year old.I bought it for the large bug box, which unfortunately broke within 2 minutes of play. I didn’t take off any stars because it was super cute and just not intended for my 2 year old to pull the lid off (it slides to the side). So the age range is probably better suited for 4-6ish. The bugs were pretty basic. I had bought bugs elsewhere that we are using with it. Overall, happy with the value!
