We got the package and it was damaged. That's fine things happen. Well we opened it and two poles are already stuck together. We didn't know if that was an issue or not so we tried to put it together and the base poles would not in any way snap into place. It wasn't cut right or something because there was no way out of 3 people to figure it out. We came on to look at reviews for tips to assemble and now there are no review. Did many weeks of research and this one at one time had good reviews. Now there are none. WEIRD!! Sending back. My grandson can't use it and keeps asking to play but we can't assemble or know if it can even be build.
