Horrendous installation instructions. Diagrams were incorrect in several places, steps out of sequence. Some parts didn't fit initially, others broke (they did include spares. Had to drill over a dozen holes myself, although I could see the marks where they were supposed to have been drilled. Had to drill six holes to reposition the cabinet side door holders from the factory locations, as they wouldn't permit the door to open fully. Scratches and dings on the wood (vinyl) top, needed touching up in multiple places. I have built many "IKEA like" furniture pieces, this was by far the worst experience.Having said all that: After 3 hours and ten minutes of aggrevation & labor, I have an absolutely gorgeous table, solid and fully functional as described in the Amazon listing. Side drawer, side cabinet with internal shelf, top that raises to a great height for a work surface. Therefore only one star off for lousy installation process.

I ordered this coffee table and unfortunately it was damaged. I took pictures of the damaged box and the table itself had damage. I emailed the company immediately. They quickly responded back to me and offered a solution. Even though the table was damaged, I would still give it a 5 star because the company responded quickly and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They stand by their products and I appreciate that.

It wasn’t the worst product, but it was in what I expected. I think that the part that lifts up is made a little cheap. It looks like it might’ve been used or if not fixed it was kind of marked up and then looked like someone tried to paint over it And when I tried to initiate a return, I had to wait for them to respond to me. I didn’t think that happened with Amazon prime members, but I guess I’m wrong. I didn’t know I didn’t see it anything about not being able to return to Amazon .then they wanted pictures and I already took down the table and at that point I wasn’t going to start taking it all apart and out of the box to look for pieces and different marks on it

Overall I was nervous about this purchase after reading the reviews, but I’m pleasantly surprised. For under $200 I got something that looks great, feels sturdy, and didn’t break the bank. I personally have no defects on the wood paneling or anything else, and the assembly process was pretty straight forward (just be super aware of board orientation as it doesn’t explicitly mention it but is very important) it took about 2 hours to build and this was with a cat-atstrophe related event lol. I love the functionality options as I have gained a considerable amount of storage with this unit. The large storage compartment fit 4 full size comforters, a large pillow and even a throw blanket with room to spare. The extra storage on the side is also appreciated, although the drawer is still a little tight. In conclusion I’m more than impressed by this.

Table is extremely hard to put together because of the instructions. The cams to secure panels are very, very cheap and will bend and possibly break if bot installed perfectly and/or twisted with too much pressure. The tops of the table is much to be desired. The panels are of course, made with pressed wood, like most pieces now days. However, where the cams are installed, the pockets can break apart.I was in contact with the supplier who was very prompt on my messages and very responsive to my concerns. The customer service I received was almost worth the price of this table.Overall we like the table and use it daily to eat and watch TV in the evening.

We love this table! It’s very pretty, sturdy, multi functional, and easy to put together. It took about 30 minutes. We love that it has plenty of storage and doubles as a desk. It’s well worth the money.
