This emergency kit is packed with high-quality survival gear and first aid supplies to treat a range of urgent wounds and injuries in the field, including gunshot wounds and bleeding control. Our first aid kit includes a genuine NAR (North American Rescue) Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT), NAR Burntec Dressing, NAR Hyfin Chest Seal and QuikClot Hemostatic Gauze.
Our compact IFAK (individual first aid kit) is compatible with MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) systems and features thick double layer webbing bars in the back that can attach to any bag, backpack or vest with MOLLE platform. Our MOLLE pouch is ideal for police, military and tactical medics. It's also great for hikers, campers, survivalists and outdoorsmen.

Quality Construction for In-Field Use
Our premium military first aid kit is constructed with high-quality nylon material and comes in your choice of tan or black. The front of the MOLLE pouch features a strong series of webbing loops, hook and loop velcro patch for name or morale patches, and elastic cording with a drawstring clasp. Inside the IFAK kit, we've designed the pouch to feature 8 elastic storage loops, a mesh pocket and a fully enclosed zippered pocket.
The interior also has a grommet for drainage in case the kit is submerged in water or used in bad weather. The drawstring cording platform inside is designed to hold the pouch at a 90-degree angle when open, allowing for single handed use while keeping contents secure. The top of the pouch has a padded handle for easy transport and two D-ring accessory loops.

- Upgraded the mesh fabric
- Made our elastic loops thicker
- Switched to a higher denier nylon lining
- Added pull tabs on the elastic loops to make items easier to load and remove from the pouch
- Made each elastic loop looser to accommodate larger supplies
- Double stitched all seams + added bar-tacs to high stress areas
- Upgraded to a higher quality zipper

I have used this kit in the field and it is amazing. I am very thrilled with the quality, and the amount of things that come with this kit. I was told this kit would be delivered on the 11th. It was delivered on the 9th. Three days after I ordered it. I was thrilled with the fast shipping. If you actually know how to use this kit and have a need for using I highly suggest to buy this kit. Will be buying other products from this company and would absolutely buy another as well.

Excellent purchase but I wish the bag was slightly larger. After I add a few items like: Celox Gauze, -1- C.A.T. 7 tourniquet GEN 7, Israeli battle dressing 6”, twin pack of Hyfin chest seals, SAM Splint, plain old bandages, band-aids, 2 gauze rollsit's just not big enough for those added items you need. Otherwise it is fine for emergency use.

First off, let me say that the CAT TQ by North American Rescue is genuine. That was one of my biggest concerns when looking at buying this. I am glad I did buy.The bag itself is very well made, you can tell it's tough and will last a while. There's a drawstring type setup on the inside of the bag so you can tighten / loosen to have the bag sit open at 90 degrees for one handed access if needed.Everything that came with the bag is just awesome. If you bought all things separate included you would pay well over $150 at least. You have everything you would need to start out your IFAK. The price is a great deal for this truama kit. Also, customer service is great!Highly recommend buying this kit.

I love this little emergency medica pouch. I have it hooked up to my pack because you never know when something bad is going to happen. I used to be a medic in the Army and it has everything you need to treat 1-2 casualties, depending on the extent of the wounds. This thing is perfect for camping or hiking trips. If you are looking for a quick, easy pack to set up look no further.
