The pack is lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh me down at all, and it’s super comfortable on my back. The straps are adjustable and fit perfectly, preventing any bouncing or discomfort during my long runs. What I love most is how easy it is to drink from the 500ml flask without having to stop. Just a quick bite, and I get my water without losing any momentum! There’s also plenty of storage space for all my essentials. I can easily fit my phone, keys, and a few snacks in the front pockets, and the extra compartment in the back holds everything securely. The material feels durable, and it’s breathable, so I don’t get too hot while wearing it.

I got this vest a few days ago, and I've already used it on a couple of short runs. It's really simple and functional. The pockets are handy, and they can hold all the essentials. The 500ml soft flask is a good size for shorter runs, and it’s easy to use. The vest is light, and it doesn’t bounce around when you run. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a comfortable fit. The reflective strips are a good idea for safety.

Recently, I run to work every day to exercise. There is no place to put the keys of my mobile phone and wallet, so I have to buy a vest. I didn't expect it to be quite easy to use and can hold a lot of things.

The PuAng running vest is pretty decent if you're into running, biking, or hiking and need a way to carry your water and stuff without being weighed down. It's super light and doesn't feel bulky, and it's made of breathable stuff, so you don't get all sweaty and gross. Plus, it's got those adjustable straps, so it stays put and doesn't bounce around, which is nice. It even comes with a 500ml soft flask, which is handy. There's plenty of room for your phone, snacks, keys, and whatever else you need, and it's got reflective bits, so you're more visible when it's dark. Basically, it's a good buy if you want a solid, all-around hydration pack that won't break the bank.

I am starting running recently and I need a purse to install water bottle and cellphone. Then I came across this product — it has a dog water bottle included, and there’s a pocket on the left side where you can put your phone. It also has a zippered compartment and a pouch at the back where you can store a towel or other items. When you wear it, it doesn’t feel like a burden at all — the design is really lightweight. I personally love this product and highly recommend it to everyone.”

The vest is a good idea but this one did not work for me. I will be returning. The straps are too low so everything just flailed around. It is very light weight and maybe better for someone with a longer torso. It was just a very awkward fit for me body shape. Also my hair kept getting stuck in the zipper

This vest is light weight but super functional. The camel pack in front is great and has a place for a larger one.
