I expected a light aqua color spray but this spewed out a brown color all over my page. There are little shiny flecks of an iridescent aqua in the brown spray but overall, the brown color in the spray was very disappointing.

I have to say I agree with the first poster. I guess it might be great for some projects, depending on what look you're going for. On paper, it just looks like brown splotchy ink. If you hold it up to the light at an angle, you can see a turquoise like shimmer but it sure isn't visible while laying flat or even held straight in front of you. This is my first purchase of one of these sprays so I don't know how the others appear. I'm also not happy with the sprayer. Sometimes you get a mist but you always, always get blobs of ink too. Very disappointing purchase but not worth the hassle of sending it back.

I absolutely LOVE this moon shadow mist and tawny turquoise is GORGEOUS! I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about because it's EXTREMELY two-toned! The true magic comes out with your heat gun/tool but it's 2-toned even out of the bottle. It starts off sepia...keep spraying and you'll see! Purchasing more moon shadows ASAP as they're my favorite!

I really love these sprays and I think this is my favourite colour (although I am slightly concerned to see that the price has jumped up to £190? - I love it but not anywhere near that much!). I noticed that there is a review tagged onto this from Amazon.com which I personally completely disagree with. If you want to do mixed media these sprays literally do the work for you, all you need to do is wait for them to dry (don't use heat tool on canvas boards as it can beville them). The sprays absolutely are two tone they are not just water with glitter in them, but the Moon Shadows have walnut dye ink as a base and the other colour, in this case turquoise, is seen as the light hits off it. One tip I do have is if you want to use alcohol inks on the same project then spray them first and add the Lindy's over them once they are dry as alcohol over these sprays will just wash them right off. I loved this so much as soon as I got it I wanted to order another bottle as I have an OCD thing about running out of stuff I really like or use often, but it is almost impossible to get this colour in the UK although it is contained in the 'French Heritage' set if you can get your hands on that, otherwise try Caroles Crafts unless this comes back down to a sensible price on Amazon (I would says £5-£10, definitely don't pay any more for it than that as you can get it direct from the manufacturer in America for $5 and $10 shipping, whoever is trying to get £190 for it is nothing but a charlatan... Don't let that give you a negative impression of the sprays however as they are really amazing and I already have ordered most of the other colours in the range :)
