Great headset! Tactile on off switch is a handy feature....and I'm not sure if it is an undocumented feature, but if you extend the mix boom up vertical while you are wearing them, they auto-mute!

The microphone will randomly not work. It’s very rarely but it’s very inconvenient when it stops. Other than that it’s great! I use it for my full time job and battery lasts quite a while.

Had this headset for a few weeks now and it is great for daily office use. Battery life can last at least a few days (7-8 hours per day) and the range is amazing. Also very comfortable for long hours use.

These head phone broke within the first month of using them. The sound is good and and they are easy to operate. They are very uncomfortable and caused me to have headaches. The battery does not last long at all. I have to charge them every other day. I would not purchase these again.

I really like this headset. Although for some reason... when I first got it, it would pair as soon as I turned it on. Then something happened and I need to manually pair it by pushing the button on the dongle, and then placing the headset in pairing mode. It only takes it a few seconds. If my phone's bluetooth happens to be on when I turn on the headset, it pairs with that automatically. Must be something I am not understanding. But regardless, it does what I need it to do, and I am on Zoom calls, Teams calls, Google, Webex calls all day long. I think it is very comfortable to wear, and I often forget to take it off my head after meetings end. I've seen many reviews complaining about it disconnecting. Its never disconnected on me, and I have been using it daily for 6 months. I can walk downstais and make coffee, and it stays connected although I have been told I sound garbled when I venture that far away from the computer. The mic and speaker quality is good too.

The connection range is great which allows me to walk around during calls. East to set up and connect, comfy cushion, and good battery life.

BH60 is functional for daily office use. The bluetooth headset looks like advertised and pair within computer and mobile phone very easy. Good for the price.

I have received the headset few days ago and the headset comes with a very nice packaging box and solid inner protection. The item looks exactly like advertised. And the package comes with a USB token, a Type C charging cable, and to my surprise, a piece of good quality storage bag mark as gift from the seller. I am very happy about the little token. The headset is well made, and I can pair it with my laptop within seconds over the Bluetooth without any issue. I have tested its sound quality on few messaging tool that I have been using such as MS Team, Zoom, Skype etc. My peer can hear me crystal clear and so do I.I use headset on daily basis as I work from home. So, the comfort and battery durability property of the headset are my main concern. And few days of trial, I am going to give it a good 5 star!

(wife) Terrible quality. Headset isn't comfortable. It's very tight. I have a smaller head and it feels like there's a heartbeat in my ear when I wear this. The controls are also very oddly placed and hard to reach.UPDATE: The mic on this died just after one year. Contacted seller. Seller never advised what the warranty was and offered a minimal credit and then no response after. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I work at a call center. A handful of us at work got this headset. It was a little temperamental getting synced as first but I got it figured out. It was really good at first, no issues. Battery life is really good, I start the day at 100% and it's down to 60% at the end.As time has gone on, I'll randomly lose sound. People can hear me, but I can't hear them. It still shows as connected so I have to log out of my phone system and back in for it to work. Literally one call it's fine and the next I have issues. No one else at work has experienced this. Today I started having major static issues. 3 calls in the 8hour shift isn't bad but it's none the less annoying. I won't fully blame this on the headset because it could just be my wifi.I think mines faulty and it's past the 30 days to do a return. The only other issue I have is that it really presses on your head and ear. Maybe I just have a big head and it needs stretched out? But it really hurts after a couple of hours. I would buy it again bc for the price, it's overall great. I just really think mine is faulty.
