These are soooooo much better than the cheapo brass plugs you get at the local hardware store. I’m using these for the stern drain but also for fish wells and other drain holes. They seem heavy duty, well made and I hope I get multiple years out of them before the rubber gets hard.

I used these to seal up petcock holes on my oak wine barrel.
