I'm guessing I had a little water left in the valve last year because this spring it was dripping. I got the new cartridge and it was easy to install and stopped the drip. Well worth the price to stop the drip and the pump coming on every 1/4 hour or so.

Had a brand new Lippert Faucet that was leaking, put the new cartridge in and it leaked as well.
