I don’t just give 5 stars for free this product earns my stars. Didn’t mean to wait this long to post this. But I def recommend this item to everyone. Very nice product I don’t have anything negative to say about it.

I've used Asus, Samsung, so I thought I'd try Lite since I had never tried this DVD drive before. The Asus lasted about 1 year or slightly more. I use my DVD drives to the ground, whether burning copies or watching my library of movies. Right off the bat, this drive had problems playing my DVDs, no matter their age. So I can't promote it in good conscience. I'm going to go back to my Asus & run to the ground. At least I could play my Dvds without locking, hearing sound but no video or freezing.

I wanted to transfer some pictures that had accumulated on my PC to media to free up disk space. My old LG burner wouldn't burn them to my many old blank DVD media so i first bought a Optiarc AD-5290S-PLUS sold on Ebay. This burner also would not burn to my blank dvd-r disks. I discovered that it was limited on the different brands and types that it would burn so I returned it. Next, I purchased this Lite-On burner and have been very impressed by its performance. It did the job and is also manufactured this year. (2021). Again, love this burner.

Worked properly and without any issues. Do not bother with ht enclosed Nero Free trial. I just use cheap generic DVD player and burning software without the tedious complex software. Have used LiteOn for years and found their products to be reliable. Disappointed recently with LG.

Over the years I have many different DVDRW Roms so the older Liteon DVDRW I had been working wonderfully for many years. Now that upgraded my Computer I bought two New Liteon DVDRWs and installing them was very easy. I'm pleased to say that they are even better than my older DVDRWs they read & wright fast and accurately, No coasters! I can Hardily recommend Liteon DVDRWs to anyone in need of a quality product at a great price!

The Lie-On IHAS324-17 is one of the last of a dying breed. It works fine, though makes a weird noise after the computer starts, like it's looking for a disc.

The Item works great. Have had no problem. Easy to install. Just like the many I have installed. The software it came with I did not install. I am happy with he program I been using. Packing was good. Good brand of DVD drive. have used this type before with no problem. They last for a good amount of time. The one I replaced was over 5 Years ole and had been in a different machine.

I've used Lite-On optical drives in more than a dozen computer builds over the past 20 years. I've never had one fail! The iHAS324 came in a retail package with instructions, mounting screws, and a trial version of NERO 12 authoring software. The production date printed on the chassis label is September 2018, so these drives are not OEM pieces from years ago. I tested the playback of several commercial and home-made discs, including RW discs from 15+ years ago. All worked without any hiccups. So far, I've burned a handful of CDs and DVDs, and again, no hitches.

Es tal cual aparece en la foto.No hace ruido. Es silenciosa, tanto leyendo un DVD, CD, como a la hora de grabar o regrabar un disco.Tanto la grabacion como la regrabacion son muy rapidas.De 10. 100% Recomendado.
